If you want to return the item, please contact us at info@caseasylum.com

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, take clear pictures of the defected or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the email with an explanation.

The returned item must be unworn or unused and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without first requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
